In order to make the listing process as efficient as possible we need to gather as much information as possible before we travel to your golf course. Please upload and complete the "Sellers information Questionnaire" and return to Anchor Realty. Once received, we will contact you and start the process to get your course sold.

DownloadWe will prepare a complete buyer information package of your golf course to promote the course and answer as many questions that potential buyers will have. These packages are often over 20 pages in length and will include as much information possible to ensure your course is represented as best as possible while answering as many questions as a potential buyer may have. This package will include property descriptions, financials, maps, demographics, photographs, etc.
Prior to receiving this information package all potential buyers will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement to ensure to the best of our ability, any sensitive data about your golf course goes only to the buyers.
As previously mentioned throughout this website, selling a golf course is very complex. We offer to assist our buyers and sellers with the complete sales process. We can assist with negotiations, contracting and help with the property inspections and due diligence process.
